External Hard Drives

All brands (WD, Seagate, Toshiba, Lacie) handled including self-encrypting SE Drives such as Western Digital WD Passport series.

If your external drive is no longer being recognised or is no longer spinning after a drop, or has connector damage, please do not keep trying.  In all likelihood, it will not work and it may risk data loss.  It’s advisable to unplug it, make sure it is packaged well, and get it to us for a free analysis.
