How we do it

We use the AceLab PC3000 system — the industry-leading tool for rebuilding failed arrays — alongside Deepspar DDI and ApexTools. Each drive in the array is imaged individually before any reconstruction attempt begins, which protects your data and maximises the chances of a full recovery.

Every case is handled in-house. We do not outsource RAID work. Business customers can request B2B rates and a confidentiality agreement — just ask when you get in touch.

Free assessment, fixed price

Every RAID and NAS case starts with a free assessment. We examine each drive, establish what has failed and why, and give you a firm fixed price before any recovery work begins. If we cannot recover your data, there is no charge.

Before you do anything else — do not attempt a rebuild, do not run software recovery tools on the array, and do not power the NAS back on if it is clicking or making unusual noises.
